Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

What is Not Covered

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at aftersale@automobilechief.com or call us at +44 (793) 491 6181. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the defective product.
3. Return the Product: Securely pack the product, including all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking number until your warranty claim is fully processed.

Warranty Claim Processing

• Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Resolution: If the product is found to be defective and covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product, or provide a refund of the purchase price. If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we will notify you and provide an explanation.

Shipping Costs

• Covered Products: For warranty claims approved under the terms of our warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product back to you.
• Non-Covered Products: If the product is not covered under the warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us and shipping it back to you.

Limitations and Exclusions

• Third-Party Products: Products sold by Automobile Chief but manufactured by third parties may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to process your warranty claim.
• Warranty Limitations: The warranty provided by Automobile Chief is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased.
