Account Deletion

On Our Website

  • Select “Delete My Account” under the Department dropdown menu.
  • You will receive an email confirmation. A team member will contact you via email to validate your account before deletion. Check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

On Our Mobile App

  • Select the Profile icon on the navigation bar.
  • Choose “Delete My Account” and follow the prompts to complete your request.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment email and a confirmation email once your account is deleted. Check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.

ORDERS

Tracking Your Order

  • Click on the menu button at the top right-hand corner of the site.
  • Select “Track Order” from the menu.
  • If logged in, you will see a list of your current and past orders. If not, enter your email address and order number, then click “Track Order.”
  • Click “View Order Status” to see an order summary.
  • Click “Track Item” to be routed to the courier’s tracking page.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your package is shipped.

Authorization Holds

After placing your order, a temporary authorization hold for the total amount will be placed on your account. You will be charged only when each item ships, which may result in multiple charges if items ship from different warehouses. Custom-made products will be charged prior to the expiration of the credit card authorization.

Core Charges

If your purchase includes a core charge, you can get that deposit back by returning the core. To return your old core in reusable condition, follow these steps:

  1. Call our Returns Desk at +44 (793) 491 6181 and select Option #3.
  2. Request an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Mail the core back in the original box with a copy of your receipt within sixty (60) days. The core must not be damaged, and fluids must be drained.

EXTEND SHIPPING PROTECTION

We’ve partnered with Extend to offer shipping protection for your order. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can get a replacement. Extend offers 24/7 online claims and fast resolutions.

Shipping Protection Details

  • When Purchased: Listed in your order and shipping confirmation emails. Also viewable in your order history on our website.
  • Coverage Period: Starts when the package is shipped and ends upon delivery or resolution of any issues.
  • Filing a Claim: Contact Extend online (available 24/7). For damaged packages, file a claim upon delivery. For lost or stolen packages, wait 5 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Required Documentation: Extend may ask for photos, a police report, or surveillance footage. Failure to provide these within 60 days may result in denial of the claim.

Order Cancellations

We do our best to accommodate cancellations if the order has not been packed or shipped yet. Contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Protectable Items

Items not eligible for protection include:

  • Items without a cash value, such as free samples
  • Items that never shipped
  • Digital items
  • Packages worth more than $10,000 USD
